It's been a while since I was last in SF but if my memory serves correct the general sentiment is alive and well. Double decker buses toting tourists still veer through Chinatown (sorry no Kurt Russell), the Mission probably has another fix gear bike shop, Hayes Valley is onto the next biggest foodies wet dream, and the Tenderloin is still wild with down-and-outters. I spent a whole afternoon last Wednesday attempting to walk it all and ended up mostly just centipeding every street in the TL. Here's two new pieces from the visit.
Jones st. at Ellis |
You gotta roll it up to steam roll. |
Post at Larkin |
Cutting corners and laying out. |
At least that's what people say. |
